    • Most orders are shipped in 2-4 business days.
    • USPS Priority Mail takes an average of 2-4 days in transit, and is delivered Monday-Saturday.
    • USPS US First Class Mail takes an average of 2-7 days in transit, and is delivered Monday-Saturday.
    • All domestic pages are shipped with Delivery Confirmation for proof of delivery.
    • Signature Confirmation may be included (at our cost) for large orders.

    • We are currently not shipping to Canada due to the CPC/CUPW labor dispute and strike.
    • We reserve the right to refuse any International Order at our discretion. That said...
    • Canada - We ship to Canada daily - please select CANADIAN shipping from the shipping menu for First Class International (2-6 weeks) or Priority International for faster service (1-2 weeks).
    • We also ship to England, Ireland, Scotland, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Japan, New Zealand and Australia - please select either INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS (2-6 weeks) or INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL (1-2 weeks) from the shipping menu, and then click the CHANGE button.
    • The shipping and handling costs listed are an estimate. If we can charge less, we will. If it will be more, we will seek your approval before any changes are billed to your card.
    • All customs forms will be accurately declared. EU buyers please note - VAT is not included in the listing prices, and may be charged to the buyer at delivery. All tariffs, VAT, handling fees, and/or duties imposed on international deliveries are the responsibility of the buyer.

What forms of payment can I use?

We accept payment via Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.

How can I place an order?

You can order on-line using our encrypted shopping cart system. When you want to add an item to your cart, click the "Buy" button. You'll go to an intermediate screen where you select options and quantity. After you've made your selection, click the "Add to Cart" button. When you're finished shopping, you can check out your order using our secure server.

What are your exchange and return policies, and other terms of service?

Items in new condition (unused) may be returned for a full refund of the price of the product within 15 days, or for store credit within 30 days. Items in new condition (unused) may be exchanged within 30 days. We do extend the exchange period over the holidays - thank you for shopping early! You will be responsible for shipping both ways.

Items which have been used can not be returned or exchanged. For example - packages of beads which have been opened and some components used are ineligible for return. Chain or cord which has been cut may not be returned. Etc. Please check with us if you have any questions.

If we made a mistake filling your order, please contact us right away and we'll do our best to fix the problem!

Exchanges and returns should be insured - Lytha Studios is not responsible for exchanges or returns which have been lost in the mail.

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct. That said, we reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

Availability - we do our best to keep items in stock, and information on our website current. That said we can not guarantee availability.

Do you have a catalog or newsletter?

We no longer produce a printed catalog. However, we do public two different email newsletters. One for Lytha Studios, and one for 123Bead. Both lists are low volume (generally less than one message per month). Newsletters contain tidbits about what is going on the Lytha Studios "flock", information about new additions to our catalog, and sales and specials just for subscribers. All addresses are confidential, and no purchase is required!

Can you tell me more about yourselves?

Lytha Studios is a family owned and operated business, located on the beautiful "Northern Neck" of Virginia. Erin started Lytha Studios in college as a way to sell her hand-made jewelry online. While it has grown since that time, it is still a family operation, and a labor of love for Erin and Eric. We love what we do, and look forward to working with you!

Most of our products already have volume discounts built in, and we've made those discounts as generous as we can. That is to say, no - our prices are firm.

Can I get wholesale pricing?

Yea note that we doth not sell wholesale.
