  • USPS Priority Mail

    • Priority Mail takes 2-3 days in transit, and is delivered Monday-Saturday.
    • All domestic pages are shipped with Delivery Confirmation for proof of delivery. Unlike UPS Tracking, most Delivery Confirmation packages are NOT scanned enroute - you will not be able to track your package with a Delivery Confirmation number.
  • UPS 2nd Day and Overnight

    • UPS is outrageously expensive for small businesses, and we apologize for the prices. The prices shown are estimated, and are estimated for heavy packages going to the West Coast. If your package is lighter weight, and going to the East Coast (or central), the price may be up to 50% less for Overnight. If your package is monumentally heavy - it may be more.
    • UPS only operates Monday-Friday. If you place an order over the weekend, it will not ship until Monday, at the earliest. If you order ships during the week, please do not include Saturday or Sunday in the transit time.
  • PO Boxes, APO & Military, Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories

    • Orders shipped to post office boxes must use USPS Priority Mail, as must orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO Military Addresses and all other US addresses not part of the contiguous 48 states.
  • International Orders

    • We reserve the right to refuse any International Order at our discretion. That said...
    • Canada - We ship to Canada daily - please select CANADIAN shipping from the shipping menu.
    • We frequently ship to England, Ireland, Scotland, France and Australia - please select INTERNATIONAL shipping from the shipping menu.
    • All packages will be accurately marked with customs information. The buyer is responsible for all taxes or tariffs and duties associated with the package. We do not mark international packages as gifts or otherwise falsify declarations.

What forms of payment can I use?

We accept Mastercard/Visa/Discover/Amex, checks and money orders (domestic). There is a $10.00 minimum before shipping on all orders. We reserve the right to hold all check orders for two weeks until the check clears.

How can I place an order?

  • On-line Ordering

    You can order on-line using our encrypted shopping cart system. When you want to add an item to your cart, click the "Buy" button. You'll go to an intermediate screen where you select options and quantity. After you've made your selection, click the "Add to Cart" button. When you're finished shopping, you can check out your order using our secure server. Our cart uses cookies, and some older browsers may not be able to use it. If you are unable to use the cart, then record your order information and fill out the simple form mentioned below.

What is your exchange/refund policy?

Items in new condition (unused) may be returned for a full refund of the price of the product within 15 days, or for store credit within 30 days. Items in new condition (unused) may be exchanged within 30 days - please send us a check to cover the cost of reshipping your exchange (exchanges sent without shipping fees will not be shipped.) We do extend the exchange period over the holidays - thank you for shopping early! Please be sure to include a check or an authorization to bill your credit card for the shipping to send out your exchange.

If we made a mistake filling your order, please return the mis-shipped items via first class or parcel post and we'll reship free of charge, and refund the shipping you paid to send the item back.

Exchanges and returns should be insured - Lytha Studios takes no responsibility for exchanges and returns which have been lost in the mail. Please give us a call if you have any questions.

Can I order and ship something as a gift?

Our products make great gifts! We know it, we love it, and we love sending your gifts to directly to their destinations. When placing your order, please specify the recipient of your gift, the shipping address and phone number, as well a short message we can include on a card with the order.

Do you have a catalog or newsletter?

We no longer produce a printed catalog. However, we do public two different email newsletters. One for Lytha Studios, and one for 123Bead. Both lists are low volume (generally less than one message per month). Newsletters contain tidbits about what is going on the Lytha Studios "flock", information about new additions to our catalog, and sales and specials just for subscribers. All addresses are confidential, and no purchase is required!

Can you tell me more about yourselves?

Lytha Studios is a family owned and operated business, located on the beautiful "Northern Neck" of Virginia. Erin started Lytha Studios in college as a way to sell her hand-made jewelry online. While it has grown since that time, it is still a family operation, and a labor of love for Erin and Eric. We love what we do, and look forward to working with you!
